Spring Hill, Tennessee

Situated within both Williamson and Maury counties, Spring Hill covers approximately 28.5 square miles and is located 35 miles south of Nashville, TN. The cities of Thompson’s Station in Williamson County and Columbia in Maury County border Spring Hill to the south and north respectively.

Spring Hill’s population began to increase in 2000 and continues to grow as this once small town develops into a thriving city. As of the 2018 Special Census, the population now stands at 40,436. Spring Hill is projected to grow by another 78% from 2010 to 2030. While growth presents great challenges for Spring Hill, it also generates new opportunities for economic expansion, community development, and quality of life improvements for current and future residents.
