Laszlo Farkas

I was born in NYC and lived in the NY metropolitan area for most of my life. My intrigue with southern hospitality led me and my family to take a leap and move to Charlottesville, VA to experience southern living firsthand. As beautiful as it was, I felt the need to travel even further south and that’s what landed me in Franklin, TN!

My passion for serving people came at an early age and helped me in my prior career as a Financial Advisor as well as Hotelier in Food and Beverage. In these roles I attained the crucial skills of listening and anticipating client needs, problem solving, and communication. All these combined to give me the necessary tools to successfully embark on my Real Estate path where I pride myself on putting clients first and offering them integrity and unmatched communication, a lost art!

As a resident of Franklin, I am passionate about helping others learn and live in this beautiful, exciting community and its surrounding areas. I love representing both buyers and sellers as I appreciate the vast differences and challenges of each side and am always a little extra excited to help clients relocating to the area to discover and love their new forever city as I have done!
